Reformer Workout
The Reformer Workout by CASAYOGA is a full body workout that fusions Pilates principles with different training and fitness techniques like yoga, barre, and cardio among others, while making full use of the reformer. A workout focused on rhythm, moving with breath and of course strengthening, lengthening and toning the entire body. Warning: Very addictive!

Reformer Workout Restorative
A class designed to improve your balance, flexibility and connection to your center. Perfect for beginners, seniors, rehabilitation, people suffering from degenerative conditions such arthritis and anyone who prefers a gentle practice. We work on creating mobility, stability and strength throughout the body.

Yoga Flow
Feel good again with a flow that focuses on removing physical and energetic blockages from the body. A class that incorporates meditation, breath work and body work. We begin with somatic movement, follow with a creative vinyasa flow and end with more passive and restorative postures. Get your body warmed up, flow with breath and then come down to your mat for soothing rejuvenation.

Barre Workout
A fun, energetic, full body workout that fuses techniques from pilates ballet, yoga and cardio. We incorporate the use of the Ballet barre throughout the class and focused primarily on legs and glutes.

Power Pilates Mat Workout
A session that combines Pilates Mat inspired exercises and functional movements to create a full body strength workout. We use props like weights, Pilates soft balls and bands, as we move to the rhythm of the music with you. You can expect a lot of sweat and fun in this class!
