All of the classes at CASAYOGA are creative and inspiring full body workouts that focus primarily on empowering you through breath and movement. Whether it's a heart pumping session or a restorative one, each class will strengthen your whole body and restore your energy levels, so you feel more balanced and connected. Just you, but better. Reformer Workout


The Reformer Workout by CASAYOGA is a full body workout that combines the foundations of Pilates principles with different strength and functional training techniques while making full use of the reformer. A truly empowering choreographed workout, focused on rhythm, moving with breath and of course strengthening and toning the entire body. Warning: Very addictive!

Duration: 50 minutes

Level: Intermediate

Reformer Basics


Looking for the perfect place to begin your Reformer journey? Reformer Basics is it. Rooted in the Pilates Principles, this class follows sequences designed to help you improve posture, build strength, and increase flexibility—all while you gain confidence in the fundamentals of CASAYOGA'S methodology. Using the reformer, and a variety of props, you’ll move your body in every direction and strengthen from head to toe. Ideal for beginners and anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of the basics.

Reformer Workout Restorative


A perfect class for beginners, seniors, rehabilitation, people suffering from degenerative conditions such arthritis and anyone who prefers a gentle practice. We work on the Reformer, creating mobility, stability and strength throughout the body. All movement done at a slow and steady pace.

Barre Workout


A fun, energetic, full body workout that fuses techniques from pilates, ballet, yoga and cardio. We incorporate the use of the Ballet barre throughout the class and focused primarily on legs and glutes.

Duration: 50 minutes

Yoga Flow


Feel good again with a flow that focuses on removing physical and energetic blockages from the body. A class that incorporates meditation, breath work and body work. We begin with somatic movement, follow with a creative vinyasa flow and end with more passive and restorative postures. Get your body warmed up, flow with breath and then come down to your mat for soothing rejuvenation.

Power Mat Workout


A session that combines Pilates Mat inspired exercises and functional strength training to create a full body workout. We use props like weights, soft balls and bands, as we move to the rhythm of the music with you. You can expect a lot of sweat and fun in this class!

Group PT


Think personal training but in a motivating group setting! Group PT is a strenght training class that gives you the personal attention of one-on-one coaching in a supportive group format. We focus on smart strenght training with weights to build muscle and help you feel stronger, enegized and good in your body, specially during big transitions like perimenopause and beyond. Whether you are new to strenght training or getting back into it, you will get guidance, encouragement and a workout that supports your life. Let's feel strong and age well together! Please bring your own mat. For sanitary reasons we don’t have mats available to share with clients.
