Reformer Workout
The Reformer Workout by CASAYOGA is a full body workout that combines the foundations of Pilates principles with different strength and functional training techniques while making full use of the reformer. A truly empowering choreographed workout, focused on rhythm, moving with breath and of course strengthening and toning the entire body. You will leave feeling strong and centered! Warning: Very addictive!

Looking for the perfect place to begin your Reformer journey? Reformer Basics is it. Rooted in the Pilates Principles and foundational exercises, this class follows sequences designed to help you improve posture, build strength, and increase flexibility—all while you gain confidence and strength. Ideal for beginners and anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of the basics.

Barre Workout
A fun, energetic, full body workout that fuses techniques from pilates, ballet, yoga and cardio. We incorporate the use of the Ballet barre throughout the class and focused primarily on legs and glutes.

Yoga Flow
Feel good again with a flow that focuses on removing physical and energetic blockages from the body. A class that incorporates meditation, breath work and body work. We begin with somatic movement, follow with a creative vinyasa flow and end with more passive and restorative postures. Get your body warmed up, flow with breath and then come down to your mat for soothing rejuvenation.

Power Mat
A session that combines Pilates Mat inspired exercises and functional strength training to create a full body workout. We use props like weights, soft balls and bands, as we move to the rhythm of the music with you. You can expect a lot of sweat and fun in this class!

Strength Mat
An approachable full body strength class. Build real strength and muscle tone using progressively heavier weights (with guidance), all in a supportive, feel-good group environment. Think upper body sets, lower body sets and a great core finisher!
