Shipping policy
How much does shipping cost?
- Economy (6-10 business days) is $8.99, or free if order value is over $199.
- Economy Select (3-4 business days) is $12.
- Expedited (2 business days) is $25.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped in the order they are received.Orders placed with Economy or Economy Select shipping will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 11:00AM AST on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
Expedited orders placed by 1:00PM AST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Please note that Expedited orders placed after 1:00PM ATS on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review by our team. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours from when you receive your tracking number for activity to update.
Casayoga is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For Economy shipments within the US, you can expect your order to arrive in 6-10 business days once it has shipped from our distribution center. Domestic shipping guidelines apply to shipping within the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories including Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia are considered non-domestic and are subject to longer ship times.
Casayoga is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather, incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), high volume or any other shipping-related issue(s). Under no circumstance shall Casayoga be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and to military addresses (APO/FPO)?
We do not ship at this time to PO Boxes or to military addresses.

Do you have order pickup available?
You can skip shipping fees by picking up your order I person at our Miramar location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pick-up schedule is:
- Mon and Wed: 6am - 3pm
- Tue and Thur: 8am - 8pm
- Fri: 8am - 3pm
- Sat: 8am - 1pm
