The Reformer Workout by CASAYOGA is a full body workout that fusions Pilates principles with different strength training and functional fitness techniques. We also incorporate barre and yoga inspired choreography while making full use of the reformer. A workout focused on rhythm, moving with breath and of course strengthening, lengthening and toning the entire body. Warning: Very addictive!
