Smudging sticks are one of our favorite home rituals. Use them around the house for purifying the air, dispersing negativity, and refreshing any room. Smudges put out a lot of soothing smoke. Very relaxing, clearing, potent and purifying. Dual-colored sage bundle cleanses and energizes your space. It also helps remove negative energy and bring positive energy. To burn a sage smudge stick just light the tip, blow it out and either wave in the air or place it in a ceramic, marble or metal container (one that will not burn).
